Refund, Privacy & Delivery Policy

We have a 30-day money back guarantee for all new hosting accounts. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees, software and licensing costs, data transfer over usage, disk space over-consumption, domain registrations, domain transfers and domain renewals.

Refund Policy for Renewals

All Renewals of web hosting contracts will be refunded if Dayshosting™ is notified prior to the Invoice Date. Refund requests received after this date will be made at the discretion of Management. All cancellations must be received in writing 5 days prior to the renewal date and can be sent by e-mail. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Delivery Policy

All digital items will be delivered within 24 hours of receiving payment. In most cases, payment via credit card or Paypal will result in instant provisioning. Items paid for via Direct Debit will be activated upon receipt of payment – Receipt of Direct Debit payment can take up to 48 hours. Items not available for instant provisioning will carry notices.
